To start a return or refund request, please contact us at support@faithrootsofficial.com and our support team will be happy to assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We work quickly to process and ship orders so you receive your items as soon as possible.

If you'd like to cancel your order:

• If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

• If your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy below.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

UNUSED ITEMS

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

• Expedited shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.

USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We generally do not accept physical returns for used items. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

To request assistance, please email support@faithrootsofficial.com with:

• Your order number

• The quantity of items affected

• Clear photos showing the issue

SPECIAL OFFERS & BUNDLES

If your order included promotional pricing, bundle discounts, free gifts, or add-on products, the following conditions apply:

• Promotional pricing is only valid when the qualifying order is retained.

• Free gifts and bonus items must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

• Discounted add-on items cannot be retained if the primary qualifying product is refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To begin a return, please contact support@faithrootsofficial.com for return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES

Orders refused by the customer or rejected upon delivery are not eligible for automatic refunds.

If a delivery fails due to an address issue, please contact us. We may offer one complimentary reshipment after verifying the shipping information.

Additional reshipments may require a new shipping charge.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

• A free replacement

• A full refund

• Store credit

Additional verification may be requested if necessary.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different item, please contact our support team.

Approved exchanges may require the original item to be returned before a replacement can be sent.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are not covered for exchanges unless the error was ours.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

• If you contact us before shipment, we may be able to update the address.

• Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Customers may contact the shipping carrier directly to request redirection where available.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, FaithRoots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:

• Contacting your local postal service

• Checking with neighbors or household members

• Filing a report with local authorities if necessary

Any replacement or refund for delivered packages is provided at our sole discretion.

CHARGEBACKS

Orders that result in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or future purchases.
